Please note that from September 2018 it is no more allowed to enter the old city center by car (not even for dropping your luggage) unless you arrive by Taxi.
Smile Apartment has overcome this problem/dilemma due to a convention with GRIFOPARKING which is the nearest big Parking place close to the Old Center. Smile apartment has the possibility to reserve/book 1 parking place during the period of stay in Smile apartment and we provide this service FREE OF CHARGE for our guests. Booking is only possible through us/Smile apartment so once you reserve our apartment please specify whether or not you need this parking lot (as Smile has to pay Grifoparking for this).
If the Grifoparking is required by we will book for you and send you the Grifoparking voucher so that you can enter smoothly on your arrival date. Entrance of the GrifoParking is at Viale Guglielmo Marconi 31 (see photo/sign below).

You just drive to the old centre (Centro Storico) and a few hundred metres before the Castle entrance gate you find the Grifo Parking sign on your right hand side and enter; you show your voucher, park your car and with the electrical golf cart you will be taken with your luggage to Smile Apartment (Piazza Castello 25). You can also specify the Grifoparking about the desired pick up time when you check out.
As Smile has to pay the Grifoparking for each booked parking lot per day, please be so kind to specify us whether or not you arrive by car and need this FREE Grifoparking from Smile.
